In the millennium-old inheritance of Hakka culture, green kudzu vine is a "peace symbol" engraved in the blood.
The ancestors of the Hakka people lived among mountains and forests, believing that the green kudzu vine has deep roots in the earth and winding vines that can both "lock the earth's energy" to block evil spirits and "sustain vitality" to bring good fortune—it is a protective spiritual object bestowed by nature.
During traditional festivals such as the Dragon Boat Festival and Double Ninth Festival, elderly Hakka people would pick fresh green kudzu vines and weave them into bracelets by hand to give to their families, implying "vines around the wrist, evil spirits away".
This bracelet is made of three-year-old mature vines from Hakka mountainous areas. At this stage, the vine fibers are tough and full of spiritual energy. After natural sun-drying and manual peeling and polishing, the original texture and breath of the green kudzu vine are preserved. Each vine carries the pure energy of the Hakka mountains, making the protective effect more spiritual.
Who Needs This "Wrist Protection"?
- People who often go to crowded places with complex auras (such as office workers and students) can use the power of green kudzu vine to isolate impure energy;
- People who have recently felt low in fortune and listless can absorb natural energy through the bracelet and regain vitality;
- People who value traditional culture and pursue the meaning of peace can use it as a "peace token" for daily wear, or give it to relatives and friends to convey blessings.
Wearing and Maintenance Tips
- Avoid pulling hard when wearing to prevent the vine from breaking;
- Try to avoid long-term contact with water (such as bathing and swimming). If it gets wet accidentally, dry it with a dry cloth in time and place it in a ventilated area to dry to prevent mildew;
- When not wearing it for a long time, store it in a sealed bag to avoid dust accumulation and moth damage;
- The green kudzu vine will gradually develop a natural patina over time with wear, making the texture more mellow. Each bracelet will become unique due to the wearer's maintenance.
